The High Court directed the formation of a committee to check vehicular fitness

The High Court has ordered to constitute a committee of at least 15-member committee to conduct a fitness survey of different vehicles to prevent the road accidents.

Justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Md. The High Court bench comprising Ashraful Kamal gave the order along with the rule.

Supreme Court lawyer Tanvir Ahmed filed the writ petition on July 26. The High Court has taken a preliminary hearing on writ petition today.

Lawyer Tanvir Ahmed said, the parking vehicles, the brake lights, signal lights are not okay. Even there are not many internal and external fitness exercises. The constitution says, no one can be deprived of life without legal rights. Due to vehicular traffic due to road accidents happening there. People are losing their lives. In this situation, the writ petition challenged their inaction.
