Meanwhile, the Ministry of Commerce recently got permission to import raw materials for the export of 165 to 500 cc motorcycles from Runner Automobiles.
According to the Ministry of Commerce, on 30 August, for the export of runner automobiles, the permission to import raw materials and components (IP) for the production of 165 to 500 cc motorcycle has been given.
This approval was granted on condition of anonymity to ensure the necessary security measures to ensure the sale of motorcycles, import parts and domestic security within the country. The commerce ministry’s Deputy Secretary Abdus Samad Al Azad has reached the runner’s group.
When asked, Runner Group Chairman Hafizur Rahman Khan said, “Now we will enter the high and motorcycle market. And through this, the Made in Bangladesh runner motorcycle will spread to Asia, Africa and some countries in the Middle East.
Chairman of Runner Group said, “Demand for a high-cc motorcycle is increasing for fancy bikes in different countries of the world. We are preparing all types of preparations to catch up to 20 million units of high-rise motorcycle market every year.
Already in our factory, we have made the necessary preparations in the factory. Market research, innovation, quality control is underway. Now after importing raw materials and essential materials, we will be able to make the motorcycle of 165 to 500 cc soon and export it. But initially, we give priority to 200 to 250 cc.
