President. Abdul Hamid will inaugurate the 24th International Trade Fair on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. The fair will continue till 8 February. Due to Eleventh Parliamentary elections, the trade fair begins to delay one week. Generally, fair starts on 1 January every year.

The Dhaka International Trade Fair will be held in the Sher-e-Bangla Nagar temporary ground in the capital city of the capital city, the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) jointly organized.

EPB Director General Abhijit Chowdhury said, this trade fair is being made on the pattern of the main gate metro-rail to attract more attention. Apart from this, the government’s development activities will be available in the mail. Meanwhile, the preparation of the fair is in the final phase.

Attempts are being made to bring the different fairs in the fair. There will be changes in the main gate of the fair. Apart from this, there will be an open space for visitors to the fair. There will be GreenZone. So that they can travel freely with family and families. And on the two ends of the fair, eco-park will be erected in the form of Sundarbans. There will be a Digital Experience Center (Digital Touch Screen Technology). Through which the customer-visitor can easily find specific stalls and pavilions. There will also be no weekly holidays in the fair. The fair will be open from 10 am to 10 pm.

According to the EPB sources, the fair will have mother and child center, children’s park, e-park and adequate ATM booths. Ready-made garment products, hometex, fabric products, handicrafts, jute and jute goods, housekeeping and gifts, leather and leather goods. There will be utensils, ceramics, plastic polymer products, cosmetics, herbal and cosmetic materials. There will be food and food products, electric and electronic components, imitation and jewelry, construction materials and furniture products.

There will be 550 stalls across the fair. Among them, there will be 20 stalls, Premier pavilion 60, Premier mini pavilion 38, General pavilion 18, General mini pavilion 29, Premier stall 67, restaurant three, reserved pavilion 9, reserved mini pavilion 6, foreign pavilion 26, reserved mini Pavilion 9, foreign premiere stall 13, general stall, and food stall 22.

Besides, the mobile court and the Consumer Directorate will supervise the entire monitoring of the fair to prevent misuse.
